General Terms and Conditions
Liability
ABC shall only be liable for deliberate acts or in cases of gross negligence. This limitation shall not apply in case of personal injury or death. ABC acts only as an intermediary and as such is only liable for the processing of bookings which will be undertaken with the degree of skill and care that may reasonably be expected of a responsible trader.
As an intermediary ABC cannot be held liable for any damage to the customer's car, any accidents involving persons or property damage, or for any loss of luggage, objects of value or other customer's property either at the car park premises or during the operation of the shuttle service.
The customer is liable for damage that is caused by any faults with the parked car. Shuttle bus times are not guaranteed and ABC will not be liable for the consequences of the customer's late arrival at the airport.
Cancellation
Parking Bookings
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing, by fax or e-mail at any time. If cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before arrival at the car park, the customer will receive a full refund. If cancellation takes place within 24 hours of arrival at the car park then the customer will receive a 50% refund.Hotel Bookings
Customers may cancel their bookings and receive a full refund up to seven days before arrival. Cancellations within seven days but more that 24 hours before the date of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of 10% of the booking price subject to a minumum charge of €10,00 (Ten Euros) per room, Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival will be subject to charges of 80% of the booking price for the first night and 10% of the booking price subject to a minumum charge of €10,00 (Ten Euros) per room for each additional night.In case of a no-show 80% of the booking price will be payable. together with a handling fee of 20%, and no refund will be made.
Data protection
Data that has been provided to ABC is protected by the German Data Protection Act. The customer agrees that such data may be processed and saved electronically by ABC which will only use it for business purposes.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and conditions shall be governed and construed according to German law. The competent courts of Munich shall have jurisdiction insofar as may be permitted by law.
