Distance from the airport: The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the airport.

Transfer: The transfer with the hotel's shuttle bus is offered free of charge from Monday till Thursday between 5:00 and 22:45 as well as Friday till Sunday between 5:15 and 22:45 every 30 minutes. The journey time is about 10 minutes. Alternatively, a taxi costs approx. 8,- € per trip.

Parking: 15 days parking is included. The parking spaces are partly roofed. An additional parking day is available for only 7,- €, an additional parking week for 49,- €. Regarding this, please contact our customer service.

How to get there:
Coming from Kiel/Hannover/Bremen: Please leave the A7/E45 at the Hamburg-Schnelsen-Nord junction and take the B432/Oldesloer Straße towards Hamburg-Schnelsen-Nord/Norderstedt/Hamburg. Stay left on the B432 Oldesloer Straße towards Hamburg. Afterwards, turn left onto the B432 Oldesloer Straße towards Hamburg. Stay on the B433 Ring 3/Swebenweg towards Hamburg, continue driving on the B433 through the Kronstieg-Tunnel. After 3 minutes turn right onto the Langenhorner Chaussee.

Children discount: Upon request, two children under the age of 13 can sleep in their parents' room for free. A third person from the age of 13 is charged with 25,- €. Not more than two adults and two children can stay over night in one room. Baby beds are available upon request, too. For ordering additional beds, please contact our customer service.

Breakfast: The breakfast buffet is served between 06:00 and 10:30 and costs 17,- € per person (payment made locally). Children up to 13 years of age have breakfast free of charge. The early-bird-breakfast is continuously available and costs 4,50 €. Likewise, a packed lunch is available for 13,50 €.
