Maximum Car Size:Length: 5.00 m, width: 2.00 m, height: no restrictions. Please request bigger parking at our customer service. Mini vans cost 10% extra (to pay on site).
Distance from the Airport: The covered car park is about 4 km away from the airport.
Transfer: Transfer is not needed, as you will hand over and pick up your car at the airport.
Security: The Jet Park covered car park is fenced, illuminated, locked, monitored by CCTV, gated and staffed 24 hours. Access to the car park is only possible with a staff member. Regular inspections are made by the staff. For security and shunting reasons it is required to hand over the car keys.

Please follow the signs towards Milan-Malpensa airport.
On arrival: Your car will be taken over at the airport terminal. Please call the car park service upon arrival (the phone number will be given to you on the booking confirmation) and wait in your car for an employee. Your mileage and eventually existing damages will be annotated and you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Please inform the car park service in case of your delay and let them know your new arrival time at the airport.
On departure: After your return to the airport, the car park service will have your car ready at the arrival terminal. You will receive further details about the returning of your car upon your arrival.
