Distance from the airport: Transfers to the airport take around 10 minutes.
Transfer: The transfer to the airport and back to the car park is included from 5:00 to 24:00 for 3 persons. For more than 3 people the transfer costs 9,- € per person. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes. From 0:00 to 5:00 the transfer needs to be ordered at the front desk by phone. The charge is 5,- € per trip. Please, do this at least one day before arrival. Please regard, that bulky luggage is charged with 3,- € each per trip. Travel time is about 5 minutes. Alternatively you can go by taxi for 16,- € each way.
Security: The car park is fenced, flood lit, controlled by CCTV and regularly patrolled by staff, who is 24hours on site.
How to get there:
From Vienna:
Please follow the motorway A4. Leave at the exit number 8 Schwechat leading to S1. Then, exit at the gateway Mannswörth. Please turn left and pass the first traffic light. After about 400 metres you will see the hotel on your left.
From Germany/Salzburg/Linz/Graz:
Surround Vienna via the S1 motorway. Take the exit 15 Mannswörth. Take the second exit at the roundabout and cross the first traffic lights. After 400 metres the hotel is located on your left.
On arrival: Please arrive at least 2 hours before your takeoff time at the hotel. If you arrive later than announced in your booking, please inform the hotel by telephone. After arriving at the hotel please take your booking confirmation and go to the reception of the Arion Airporthotel to arrange your transfer times for the shuttle to and from the airport. Then please park your car. The transfer to the airport leaves in front of the entrance of the hotel.
On departure: You will get all information regarding the shuttle to the hotel on your arrival. If your scheduled landing time is delayed more than 15 minutes, please call the hotel.

Disabled access and facilities: Disabled-friendly parking spaces are available. Please call and inquire with the hotel if the shuttle bus in your desired transfer time is handicapped-accessible.
